Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Put the ripe banana in a blender after peeling it

Put two tablespoons of peanut butter into the blender

For a chocolate taste, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

Add one cup of milk, either dairy or non-dairy, to make it creamier

It will get thicker if you add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

You can add 1 tablespoon of honey if you'd like them to be sweeter
