Super Simple Blue Spirulina Smoothie



Enjoy the health benefits of natural spirulina powder in this very easy blue spirulina smoothie. This colorful and tasty smoothie is full of vitamins and antioxidants, making it a great way to start the day or give yourself more energy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp natural spirulina powder
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey optional, for sweetness
  • Ice cubes optional, for thickness

Instructions:

In a blender, mix the frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and spirulina powder

If you want a sweeter smoothie, add honey

Mix everything together until it's smooth and creamy

If the smoothie is too thick, you can add ice cubes and blend it again until it's the right consistency
