Crispy Chicken Sandwich



A tasty chicken sandwich with fresh toppings and tender chicken breasts covered in a tasty breadcrumb crust. Served on soft hamburger buns.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Mayonnaise
  • Pickles optional

Instructions:

Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C

To make the chicken breasts even, pound them out and season them with paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and garlic powder

Set up a place to bread: The flour should go in one shallow dish, the eggs should go in another, and the breadcrumbs should go in the third

Coat each chicken breast in flour, shaking off any extra

Then, dip each one in the egg, and finally, cover with breadcrumbs, pressing them down gently to stick

Place the chicken on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and fully cooked

Put together sandwiches: On the bottom half of each bun, spread mayonnaise

Add lettuce, tomato slices, crispy chicken, and pickles, if you want

Put the top half of the bun on top

Serve right away and enjoy!
